Last updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalDesk (the "Service"). By accessing or using SignalDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What SignalDesk Is
SignalDesk is a crypto monitoring and alerting application that may include, among other things:
- market signals and signal history
- custom alert rules
- wallet tracking and transfer alerts
- in-app, Telegram, and webhook notifications
- watchlists and related personalization features
- premium or subscription-based features
SignalDesk is an informational software product. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial planner.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- provide accurate registration information
- keep your account credentials secure
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your devices.
3. No Financial Advice
SignalDesk is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in the Service constitutes:
- financial advice
- investment advice
- trading advice
- legal, tax, or accounting advice
- a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
Crypto assets are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, and losses.
4. Alerts, Signals, and Data Accuracy
SignalDesk may display signals, hit-rate metrics, validation statistics, wallet activity, and other data-driven outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- alerts and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis
- alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or delivered out of order
- metrics and validation data may be early-stage, incomplete, or based on limited samples
- third-party market, chain, news, and messaging providers may be unavailable or inaccurate
- the Service may contain bugs, model limitations, stale data, or temporary inconsistencies
We do not guarantee that any signal, alert, score, metric, or validation figure is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for trading decisions.
5. User Content and Configurations
You retain ownership of the configurations and content you create in the Service, such as:
- watchlists
- alert rules
- wallet tracking entries
- delivery settings
- webhook destinations
You grant SignalDesk a limited right to store, process, and use that data as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
- the rules you create
- the wallet addresses you monitor
- the destinations you configure
- any consequences of alerts sent to your Telegram, webhook, or other channels
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- scrape, overload, or abuse the Service beyond normal intended use
- use the Service to spam, harass, or send abusive notifications
- reverse engineer or bypass technical protections except as allowed by law
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, or misuse.
7. Third-Party Services
SignalDesk depends on third-party services, which may include providers for:
- authentication
- hosting and databases
- payments
- market or chain data
- wallet monitoring
- news data
- messaging delivery
Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms or policies of those third parties.
We are not responsible for failures, downtime, policy changes, bans, or data issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription:
- billing may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe
- you authorize recurring charges if you enroll in a recurring plan
- pricing, billing intervals, and included features may change prospectively
- cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund already billed periods unless required by law or expressly offered
If payment fails, we may limit or suspend premium access.
9. Beta / Early Access Status
SignalDesk may be offered in beta, early access, limited release, or otherwise unfinished form.
In that case, you understand that:
- features may be incomplete
- metrics may be calibration-stage
- functionality may change materially without notice
- stability and uptime may be lower than a fully mature service
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, copy, and underlying systems, is owned by SignalDesk or its licensors, except for third-party materials and user-provided content.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any intellectual property rights beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to the SignalDesk Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALDESK AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to SignalDesk in the 12 months before the claim arose, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalDesk and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
- your misuse of the Service
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of law or third-party rights

15. Suspension and Termination

- you violate these Terms
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
- required third-party services become unavailable
- we discontinue the Service or a feature
You may stop using the Service at any time.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service, pricing, features, or these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice in-app, by email, or by updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's principal jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
